This site was created for current and future residents of the Parkview of Fairfield neighborhood. Whether you’re considering a move to Parkview of Fairfield or already own or reside here, we hope this site provides information that is helpful to you.

Parkview of Fairfield is located in the city of Fairfield, California, and consists of 55 single-family detached homes in a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The Association was founded as a PUD to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained, which relieves owners of the need to handle some landscaping responsibilities. Our pleasant, well-maintained development features a convenient walking path to the adjacent public park, Ridgeview Park, which features ball fields, a play structure and a basketball court.

As a homeowner at Parkview of Fairfield, you are encouraged to participate in your community’s governance by attending Board meetings and volunteering for committee work for the betterment of the Association. Engaged homeowners help ensure the success and strength of a community, and you are invited to participate in helping Parkview of Fairfield continue to be the wonderful place to live that it is. Board meetings are typically held quarterly and the agenda will be posted at least four days in advance at the mailboxes.

Parkview of Fairfield is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI). ACI is an Accredited Community Management Firm with the California Association of Community Mangers.

ACI’s office hours (except on Federal holidays) are:
Monday through Thursday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday – 9:00am to 1:00pm

If you need assistance with an urgent Association matter after-hours, during a Federal holiday, or on a weekend, please call:  925.283.4900 - Press “5”.   The answering service will take your call and your concerns will be handled as appropriate. Examples of Association-related, after-hours concerns could be an irrigation leak in common area landscaping or a common area tree that needs attention.

In the event of an emergency affecting life, limb or property, dial 911.
